About Dr Daniels

BSc(Hons), PhD, MBBS (Hons), FRANZCOG

Dr Brett Daniels is a qualified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who completed training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie. He was born and educated in southern Tasmania and initially trained in psychology before returning to the University of Tasmania to complete his medical degree. Dr Daniels lives locally with his wife and daughter. He loves the lifestyle of Hobart and sees his long term future in Hobart.

Dr Daniels is passionate about providing sensitive, skilled and supportive women’s health care. He aims to provide high quality care to women at all stages of their life and to collaboratively assist them to choose management options most suited to their own situation.

Dr Daniels is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) and a member of the Australasian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) and the Australasian Gynacological Endoscopy and Surgery (AGES) society.
